The first time the battery was simply recharged, assuring me everything was ok. The second time, I spent $700 for a new alternator. When I returned a third time (each after having to jump start the vehicle), a more experienced representative determined that battery needed to be replaced. Finally the problem was solved. Not sure I needed the alternator.....James R
