salesman Eric was top notch, not pushy and gave us exactly what we wanted even though we ourselves didnt know. Wasnt looking to buy, just try to figure out what we wanted Eric understood, had patience and then put us in the car we never knew we wanted. I'm not sure what Eric Sapp gets paid, but clearly deserves a raise. Made a deal with the lead sales manager, I forget his name but he bent over backwards to make a deal.

All good. Service Manager showed he cared and payment was easy. Looked at filters and gave good advice on that and also the tires.

Every one is so very helpful and kind. Did a great job and I could go on and on about how much I admire and respect every one in the service department. They all do a wonderful job and are very caring.

Good service. Wait time for oil change was long as it was busy.

"Professional and efficient

Vehicle i originally wanted to look at was not at the dealership when i got there even though a member of the sales team said it was. I repeatedly questioned the 0.9% for 60 months financing that was advertised on dealers website. I was told several times that the financing was correct all the way up until i was signing the financial paperwork. Then i was advised it would be 3.9%. Signed most of paperwork and then realized they had spouses name spelled wrong; even though she has the same last name as mine. Salesman was polite and let me choose some different vehicle options (color, etc). The price of the vehicle was very good and trade in went well.

Accommodating

Chris and Riley were very good and Chris new the vehicle and showed me other vehicles but I love my choice the GMC TERRAIN AT4. Also, Riliy answered my questions also. The gentleman that explained my credit score and other issues was also great.

I had a great experience. The manager,Eric and Scott helped me get a car the process took a little longer but it was worth the wait. Thank you guys!

The technician overfilled my tires 5 lb each. I'm supposed to be at 35 and all four tires were at 40. And the price was absolutely crazy. Then I was told that all of the services I had were unnecessary and should not have been recommended.
